VOTE YES ON AMENDMENT 4
FACT: Overdevelopment has reduced our property values and raised our taxes. Unfortunately, things are going to get worse once the housing market recovers. For example, there are over 9,000 building lots in the Pace area that have been approved for single and multi-family homes. Presently our roads are overcrowded, our schools are overcrowded, our courthouse is overcrowded, and our quality of life is going down hill fast. What will it be like when the developers build the 9,000 homes currently approved?
SOLUTION: Under Amendment 4 our county commissioners will not be able to make changes to our County's Comprehensive Land Use Plan to enable them to approve more rezoning of agricultural land to single-family and multi-family homes without the vote of the County residents. This means that the residents of the County can decide when enough is enough and take over our County's destiny instead of the developers doing it for us!

OTHER: The opponents of this important Amendment, i.e., developers, real estate firms, building contractors, and others, intend to spend a great deal of money to try to convince residents to vote against Amendment 4. Don't let them talk you out of your ability to vote on the future development of our County!
